Constitution of Joint Committees—(1) Where there is a Representative Union a Joint Committee may be constituted in an undertaking in the prescribed manner with the consent of the employer and the Representative Union for the industry for the local area. (2) Where there is no Representative Union a Joint Committee may be constituted in an undertaking in the manner prescribed, if so required by the Government.
