QUALIFICATION OF MEMBERS OF THE RAKSHA DAL Every person between the age of 20 to 45 Years and residing in a village/mohilla and who, having regards to the nature of duties and functions to be performed under this Act, is willing to be a member, and is physically fit and capable, shall be eligible for enrollment as a member of the Raksha Dal. Provided that such person who have been convicted in a criminal case or/are under trial in a court shall not be eligible to be enrollment as a member of Raksah Dal.
