The Central Provinces Adjustment and Liquidation of Industrial Workers Debt Act, 1936 (V of 1936) Section 1- (1) For sub-section (2), substitute the following, namely :- - "(2) It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh." (2) For sub-section (3), substitute the following, namely :-- 17 "(3) This section shall come into force at once and the remaining provisions shall be in force in all such local areas of Madhya Pradesh in which they were in force immediately before the commencement of the Madhya Pradesh Extension of Laws Act, 1958 (23 of 1958) and may be brought into force in any other local area on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct."
