The Central Provinces Juvenile Smoking Act, 1929 (VIII of 1929) Section 2.- For sub-section (2), substitute the following, namely :- - "(2) It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh." Section 5.- For "Lambardar, mukaddam" substitute "Patel" and for wards beginning with "Member of a Municipal Committee" and ending with "member of a Village Panchayat", substitute "Member of any local authority."
