The Central Provinces Opium Smoking Act, 1929 (IV of 1929) Section 1.- For sub-section (2) and (3), substitute the following, namely :-- " (2) it extends to and shall be in force in the whole of Madhya Pradesh." Section 8-A.- For "merged territories" substitute "State".
