Refusal to sell. - No manufacturer or dealer shall refuse to sell bricks to any person if he is holding stock for such sale. Such refusal by the manufacturer or dealer shall constitute an offence under the Hoarding and Profiteering Prevention Ordinance, Samvat 2000 and any other law in force on the subject.
