Maintenance of accounts. - Every licensee shall maintain an accurate account of all the purchases of raw material, quantity, sale of bricks and other expenses incurred and such records shall be open to inspection to the licencing authority or any other officer authorized in this behalf by the Government or the Licencing Authority.
