Facilities to be afforded to Inspectors.––The promoter and his servants and agents shall afford to the Inspector all reasonable facilities for performing the 58 AERIAL ROPEWAYS ACT, 2002 duties and exercising the powers imposed or conferred upon him by this Act or by rules made thereunder. ––––––– CHAPTER IV CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF AERIAL ROPEWAYS
