Meter rent.- The Authority may provide water meters ami charge such rent for the meter as may be provided in the regulation. 34 Security deposit.-Thc Authority may demand such sum as security from an: consumer in connection with the supply of water or for sewer c:onnection as provided in the regulations: Provided that the Authority shall pay interest at such rates as the Government may fi om time to time determme on any sum sJ f)e1Jositcd with the Authority. ·
