Ex officio members (i) The Chancellor, (ii) The Pro-Chancellor; (iii) Member of Parliament representing the Constituency where the University Headquarters is located; (iv) Member of the Legislative Assembly of the Constituency where the Headquarters of the University is situated; (v) The Vice-Chancellor; (vi) The Secretary to Government (Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development Department); (vii) The Secretary to Government (Finance Department) or an officer not below the rank of Additional Secretary appointed by him; (viii) Secretary to Government Law Department or an Additional Secretary nominated by him; (ix) Director of Animal Husbandry Department; (x) Director of Dairy Development Department; (xi) One nominee of Indian Council of Agricultural Research not below the rank of Deputy Director General: (xii) One nominee of the Veterinary Council of India; (xiii) Deans of faculties; (xiv) Directors of Academics and Research and entrepreneurship; (xv) President, Kerala State Veterinary Council; (xvi) Director of Agriculture; (xvii) Director of employment and 1 raining; (xviii) Director of Centre for Development Studies; (xix) The Registrar, who shall be the Member-Secretary of the Management Council.
