Notification of sanctzon of improvement scheme.-(1) Whenever the Government sanct1on an improvement scheme, they shall announce the fact by notification and except in the case of a deferred strt~et scheme, development scheme or town expansion scheme, the Board shall forth· with proceed to execute the same. (2) The publication of a {notification under sub-serlion (I) in respect of any scheme shall be conclusive ~evidence that the scheme has been duly framed and -sanctioned.
