Term of office of Chairman and other Trustees.-(!) Subject to the provisions of sections 11 and 13, the term office of Trustees including the Chairman but not includmg the ex-officio Trustees shall be as follows:- (a) the Chairman-such period as may be fixed by the Govern- ment not being less than three years and commencing on the date on which his appointment is notified • 16 (b) a Trustee appointed or elected in pursuance of section 14 in the place of a Trustee who has been permitted to absent himself from meetings of the Board-the period of the absence of the latter Trustee; (c) other Trustees-three years commencing on. the . date on which their election or appointment, as the case may be, 1s notified. (2) A Trustee shall, If not disqualified for any ol' the reasons meutioucu in section 7, be eligible for re-appointment or re-election at the end of his term of office. Conduct of Business
