The Board may, from time to time with the previous sanction of the Government, make rules consistent with this Act and with any rules made thereunder by the Government -- (a) in regard to all matters expressly required or allowed by this Act to be prescribed by the Board; (b) for associating members with the Board under section 17: (c) for appointing persons other than Trustees and persons associated with the Board under section 17 to be members of Committees under section 18; (d) for regulating the delegation of powers or duties of the Board to Committees or to the Chairman; (e) for the guidance of persons employed by it under this Act; (f) for prescribing the fees payable for copies of documents delivered by any of its officers and servants under this Act; (g) for the management, use and regulation of dwellings constructed under any improvement scheme; (h) generally for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
