In any scheme settled by a Court before the commencement of Part II of this Act under Section 77 of the Cochin Code of Civil Procedure, 1111, any power vested by such scheme in any Court or Judge shall be deemed from the commencement of Part II of this Act to be vested in the Board and the Board shall notwithstanding the provisions of Part II of this Act, exercise such powers in accordance with the said scheme.
