The President or any of the members of the Board or any officer authorised by the President or any member in this behalf may, inspect all movable and immovable property belonging to and all records, correspondence, plans, accounts, registers and other documents relating to any institution and the trustees of such institution and all office-holders and servants working under him and his agent shall afford to the President or any of the members of the Board or any officer authorised by the President or any member in this behalf such assistance and facilities as may be required of him and produce them for inspection.
