Constitution of the Kerala Urban Art Commission.—The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute an Urban Art Commission for the State to be called the Kerala Urban Art Commission with a view to preserving, developing and maintaining the aesthetic quality of urban and environmental design within the State.
