Term of office and conditions of service of the non-official members of the Board.—(1) The term of office, conditions of service, allowances and sitting fees payable to the non-official members of the Board shall be such as may be prescribed. (2) A non-official member of the Board appointed under this Act may resign the membership of the Board by giving a notice for a period of not less than fourteen days in writing to the Government and on such resignation being accepted by the Government, that person shall cease to be a member of the Board. A non-official member may be removed from office by the Government following the procedure laid down in Section 95. 33/1049/2016/S-2. 114
