Committees to be constituted by the Board.—(1) For the purpose of assisting the Board in exercising any of its powers or performing any of its functions as may be specified by it, the Board may constitute temporarily one or more Committees. (2) Any Committee constituted under sub-section (1) shall consist of such members as may be specified by the Board and shall also include the Chief Town Planner or an officer authorised by him. (3) The Board shall have the power to co-opt any person who is not a member of the Board as a member of any Committee constituted under sub-section (1), as may be deemed necessary.
