Resignation of Membership.— Any member or Vice-President of a Council may at any time resign his office by giving notice in writing to the President. The President may resign his office by giving notice in writing to the Council concerned. Such resignation shall take effect in the case of a member, or Vice-President from the date on which it is received by the President and in the case of the President from the date on which it is placed before the Council.
