(1) The Chief Executive Officer shall place before the Executive Committee each year in the first fortnight of January, a Budget showing the probable receipts and expenditure during the next Financial Year. (2) The Budget as approved by the Executive Committee shall be submitted for the approval of the Government within a month of its approval by the Executive Committee. (3) The Government may make such modifications in the Budget as they consider necessary before approving it and the approved Budget shall be returned to the Executive Committee before 20th March of every year. (4) (i) The Chief Executive Officer may, at any time during the year make any re-appropriation of funds approved in the Budget; (ii) Every re-appropriation made shall be reported by the Chief Executive Officer to the Government and the Executive Committee.
