(1) In this Scheme, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) 'Form' means a form appended to this Scheme; (b) 'Ordinance' means the Kerala State Lottery Agents' and Sellers' Welfare Fund Ordinance, 2008 (33 of 2008); (c) 'Registering Authority' means the District Welfare Officer of Lottery designated for each revenue district; (d) 'Seller's Ticket Account Book' means the book issued to a seller from the Fund for keeping the account of tickets purchased by him from Agents. (2) Words and expressions used, but not defined in this Scheme and defined in the Ordinance, shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Ordinance.
