The Visitor.–(1) The Chief Minister of Kerala shall, by virtue of his office, be the Visitor of the Council. (2) The Visitor shall have the right to call for report on any matter pertaining to the affairs of the Council and offer suggestions for the improvement of the functioning of the Council. (3) The Visitor, shall preside over the meeting of the 1[Advisory Body]. 2[(4) The Visitor may refer any matter relating to higher education and higher education institutions, as he deems fit, for the expert opinion of the Council.]
