[(1) All the renewable energy power plants having valid Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) approved by the Commission, unless and otherwise exempted by the Commission for reasons to be recorded in writing, shall be treated as 'MUST RUN' power plants and shall not be subjected to 'Merit Order Dispatch' principles. (2) Scheduling of Renewable Energy plants shall be governed by the Regulations issued by the Commission from time to time.] Replaced by K.G.Ex.No.2381 dt.18/07/2022 (w.e.f.01/08/2022).
