Salary, allowances and administrative expenses to be paid out of grant.- The salary and allowances payable to the Chairperson and Members, and the administrative expenses, including salary, allowances and pension payable to the officers and other employees referred to in section 5, shall be paid out of the grant referred to in sub-section (1) of section 15.
