On retirement/relief on other grounds, of a member coming under the scheme the actual amount contributed by him/her along with the contribution by the Management shall be paid to him/her. On the retirement/relief of a member coming under the scheme the president the institution shall obtain and forward an application in the form prescribed in form no C.6 from the commission agent with the resolution to this effect duly recommended by the President, Secretary and two Board of directors of the Institution, to the Secretary Treasurer of the Board with in 60 days from the date of retirement/relief.
