Notwithstanding anything contained in any law or contract or in any judgm ent, decree or order of court, with effect on and from the appointed day,- (a) all rights, title and interest of the Sreepadam Palace in all Sreepadam lands held by landholders shall stand extinguished; (b) all Sreepadam lands held on Kuthakapattom shall vest in the Government; and (c) all tharissu shall vest in the Government.
