Assistance by Government, etc.-The Government, or a Government agency, or the Board or the statutory body may provide to a concessionaire or a Government agency or to a statutory body assistance for the financing and construction of a transport facility in the following manner, namely:- • 0 (a) Funded assistance by,- (u) (iti) (iv) • partici.Ji>ating in the equity of the transport facility not exceedtng forty-nine per cent of the total equity, providing subsidy not exceeding twenty-five per cent of the cost of the transport facility; · extending senior or subordinate loans; or such other manner as may be prescribed.
