(1) Any person aggrieved by an order of the second appellate authority may file a revision petition before the Commission within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of the said order: Provided that the Commission may admit a revision petition filed after the expiry of sixty days, if it is satisfied that there is sufficient cause for not filing the revision petition in time. (2) The decision of the Commission shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
