(1) The provisions of this Act shall be deemed to be the part of the service conditions of the first appellate authority, designated officer, any person subordinate to him, involved in the process of rendering such services. (2) Every public authority may take steps to reduce the demand from an eligible person to submit various certificates, documents, affidavits etc. for obtaining public service and shall endeavour to obtain such information and documents, directly from the departments or public authority concerned. (3) Every designated officer and first appellate authority shall undergo periodic training, in such manner as may be prescribed, to enhance and ensure timely delivery of public service.
