(1) The Government shall provide such office, officers and other staffs as may be required for the efficient performance of the Commission, as may be prescribed. (2) The salaries and allowances payable to and the terms and conditions of service of officers and other staffs appointed for the purpose of the Commission, shall be such as may be prescribed.
