Notwithstanding the exemption of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies from the purview of the Kerala Public Service Commission (Additional Functions as Respects the Services under the Universities) Act, 2015 (18 of 2015), such exemption shall not affect the validity, invalidity, effect or consequence of anything done or suffered, or any right, title, obligation or liability already acquired, accrued or incurred under the said Act, from the date of commencement of the said Act to the date of exempting the said University from the purview of the said Act.] Inserted by Act 16 of 2025 Published in K.
