Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or in any judgment, decree or order of any Court or Tribunal or any other authority, the Government may, in consultation with the Public Service Commission, appoint, the employees appointed by direct recruitment to the non-teaching posts of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies under the provisions of the Kerala Public Service Commission (Additional Functions as Respects the Services under the Universities) Act, 2015 (18 of 2015), in the Universities on such conditions as may be specified.] Inserted by Act 16 of 2025 Published in K.
