Any person aggrieved by an order under sub-section (1) of Section 3 or under sub-section (3) of that section [or under Section 3A] in regard to the sanction or permission referred to [therein] may, within two months of the receipt of that order, prefer an appeal in writing to the Government, and the Government shall pass such orders on the appeal as they may think fit. Inserted by Act 10 of 1973, published in K.G.Ext. No. 339 dt. 18/04/1973 (w.e.f. 10/02/1973). Substituted by ibid for the words "in that sub-section".
