Whosoever deposits or throws any rubbish or solid waste or carcasses in contravention of the provisions in this Chapter, [for which no punishment is provided elsewhere in section 219 and sections 219A to 219Y], shall on conviction, be punishable with fine which shall not be less than five hundred rupees but may extend to two thousand rupees. Substituted by ACT 5 OF 2024 published in K.G.Ext. No. 819 dt. 04/03/2024 (09/12/2023). Prior to the Substitution it read as " if not falling under the purview of section 219S"
