Construction of Companies Act as applied to the State.— Any court may construe the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 (Central Act 1 of 1956), as applied by section 3, with such modifications not affecting the substance thereof as may be necessary or proper, in order to adapt them to the matters before the Court.
