Transfer of records relating to existing companies to Registrar.— On the commencement of this Act, the records relating to existing companies in the offices of Registrars appointed under the Companies Act, 1956 (Central Act 1 of 1956), shall be transferred to the office of the Registrar referred to in clause (3) of section 2 and shall thereafter be maintained in that office.
