Joint Committee. - A Municipal Council may, if considered necessary, constitute a Joint Committee of the Standing Committees for any purpose in respect of which they may be jointly interested and the Chairperson may nominate the Chairman of any Standing Committee as the Chairman of the Joint Committee."
