Section 18G

Liabilities of the money-lender for acts committed by his agents or employees

Where any agent or employee of the money-lender contravenes any of the provisions of this Act or of any rule made thereunder, or of the terms and conditions of a licence granted or deemed to be granted, whether with or without the knowledge of money-lender, the money-lender shall without prejudice to the liability of the agent or the employee be liable for the penalty provided under this Act as if the money-lender himself has committed such contravention.
