Section 32

Lease to be executed within three months

(1) Where a quarrying lease is granted, a lease deed in form H shall be executed within three months of the order or within such further period as the State Government or the competent authority may allow in this behalf, and if no such lease deed is executed within the said period due to any default on the part of the applicant, the State Government or the competent authority may revoke the order granting the lease, and in that event the application fee shall be forfeited to the State Government. (2) The date of commencement of the period for which a quarrying lease is granted shall be the date on which the deed is executed under sub-rule (1)
