Every person employed by the Board under this Act shall, for the purposes of Sections 166 to 171, 184, 185 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860) and for the purposes of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Central Act 49 of 1988), be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of Section 21 of the said Code.
