Constitut•on of Land Tnbuwzl.- The Government may, by notification in the Gazette, constitute for any area or for any class of cases specified therein a Land Tribunal consistmg of a sole member who shall be a judicial officer of the rank of a M unsiff, for the purpose of performmg the functions of a Land Tnbunal under this Act.
