(1) The amount to be met from the Kudikidappukars Benefit Fund under sub-section (8) of section 80A, shall be made available to the Land Tribunal in twelve equal annual instalments for payment to the persons entitled thereto: [x x x x] (2) The Land Tribunal shall pay the amount of each Instalment made available to it under sub-section (1) to the persons entitled thereto on such date and in such manner as may be prescribed].
