The payment of purchase price or the value of encumbrance, maintenance or alimony to the landowner, the intermediaries, if any, and the person in possession, of the land in which the kudikidappu is situate and other persons entitled thereto in the manner specified in section 80E shall be a full discharge of the liability for the payment of purchase price to the landowner, the intermediaries, if any, and the person in possession, of the land in which the kudikidappu is situate, and no further claims for payment of purchase price shall lie.] Inserted by Act 35 of 1969 dt. 01/01/1970.
