Where the right, title and interest of a religious, charitable or educational institution of a public nature in respect of a holding are purchased by the cultivating tenant and the institution has under sub-section (1) of section 65, expressed its choice for annuity instead of purchase price in respect of that holding, the Government shall, notwithstanding any order of any court or Land Tribunal, be entitled, subject to the provisions of section 70, to the purchase price payable to the institution.] Substituted by Act 35 of 1969.
