The filing of an application by a religious, charitable or educational institution of a public nature under sub-section (1) of section 65 or the vesting of the right, title and interest of the institution in the Government under sub-section (9) of section 66 shall not affect the right of the cultivating tenant to purchase such right, title and interest in accordance with the provisions of sections 53 to 64.] Substituted by Act 35 of 1969.
