Any person who in any manner wilfully disturbs or interferes with the customary, easement or other rights to which a kudikidappukaran is entitled under sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) of section 79A shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees, or with both].
