The members of the [Land Board, [Taluk Land Board], appellate authority] and the Land Tribunal and any officer appointed under this Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code. Substituted by Act 35 of 1969, published in K.G.Ext. No. 295 dt. 17/12/1969, for "Land Board" (w.e.f. 01/01/1970). Inserted by Act 17 of 1972 dt. 02/11/1970.
