The Board may with the previous approval of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission make any alteration in any scheme so long as the aggregate amount sanctioned for the scheme is not exceeded. A report of the alteration shall be send to the Government and the District Planning Committee concerned in such form and within such time as may be prescribed.
