Supplementary programme.-The Board may prepare and forward a supplementary programme for the sanction of the Government in such form and before such date as the Government may prescribe and the provisions of 2[Section 17], Section 18 shall apply to such supplementary programme. 3[19A.Power of Board to alter scheme.- The Board may with the previous approval of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission, make any alteration in any scheme so long as the aggregate amount sanctioned for the scheme is not exceeded.
