Overriding effect of the Act.—Upon any area being declared an industrial area under the provisions of this Act, such area, as included in the master plan or the zonal development plan under the Town Planning Act (IV of 1108) or the Madras Town Planning Act, 1920 (Madras Act VII of 1920) or any other Act enacted by the Kerala State Legislature, shall, with effect from the date of such declaration be deemed to be excluded from any such plan.
